COVID-19 Update from Heidi Mau
Dear valued supporters of Indigenous Grapevine,
Currently across the globe there is a huge amount of uncertainty and concern around the COVID-19 pandemic. There is no doubt that this is impacting all of us in many different ways as we try to understand these very difficult times. In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we have had a significant number of customers contact us asking about our delivery times, and whether your orders are affected by the current epidemic. We are still open and operating during business hours as usual - Monday to Friday, with no further delays to production expected.
Australia Post will no longer require a signature on delivery or collection. Read more here.
International deliveries will be impacted. DHL's statement can be read here.
Printing Supplier Health and Safety
As you may already know, our printing supplier is proudly based in Melbourne with all customer service and production staff in-house - nothing is outsourced! They are also committed to helping reduce the spread of the virus to those of us more vulnerable while minimising the impact and service to customers. Listed below is a few practices they have been carrying out on their premises:
- Implementation of social distancing best practices in the office and production areas.
- Implementation of regular office and equipment deep cleaning.
- Best practice hand hygiene and provide hand sanitiser in all rooms.
